- International call is not inclusive in the package, it will be
charged with A-Z rate.
- For pinless service and smart dial,you will get seperate charged by A-Z rate.
- The first month payment of US$ 34.99 will be collected prior to the activation of the service.
- If you wish to call anywhere else(out of plan),a separate recharge ($10,$30,$50,$100,$200) PIN is needed.
- A bill will be sent to the customer 7 days prior to the due date consisting of the US$ 34.99 and, if any, the international call balance.
- In case that we do not receive the payment on the due date, you account will be barred. We will inform you and the payment needed to be settle within 14 days; otherwise, the account will be terminated.

- If the name of the credit card and customer name are not the same, the copy of ID and the consent letter of the card holder is required
3. Shipping and Handling
- Broadband customer will receive the item 15 days after the payment is successfully collected.The Shipment number will be sent to the customer for tracking the status of the shipment.
- Softphone customer will receive the Sawasdeetalk ID, password, and/or PIN by e-mail after the payment is completed.
4. Registration & Validity Period
- Registration period is Oct. 1,2005 - June.30, 2006
- Validity period is Oct. 1, 2005 - Dec. 31, 2006 (for S unlimited $34.99/month only)
5. Termination
- Customer can terminate the service at anytime. For monthly plan, the fee will not be refunded
- Customer of SPA 1001: $0 will have to pay for $30 termination fee if the service is terminated before 3 months
- All outstanding balance must be settled upon termination
6. Transfer Ownership:
Ownership transfer is not allowed. Customer must terminate the account, then register and pay the activation fee for the new account.
7. Change of Phone Number:
- Customer cannot change phone number
- Additional numbers can be added to Broadband Phone, new accounts needed to be open and activation fee is applied
8. Limited Warranty:
SPA-1001 comes with 3 months warranty. Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling fee.
